Oceanvista Terms & Conditions

1. Home Delivery

Oceanvista provides shipping services within the 48 contiguous states, primarily through FedEx. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and in most cases, packages will be left at your doorstep without requiring a signature. However, if the delivery driver determines that leaving the package unattended is unsafe, a signature may be required.

For items that exceed FedEx shipping limitations, we use a truck line carrier. These deliveries are curbside only and require a signature upon receipt. The trucking company will arrange a delivery appointment, and Oceanvista will provide a lift gate to assist in unloading the package. Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery. By signing the bill of lading, you acknowledge that the items have arrived in good condition. Any damage discovered after signing cannot be claimed. The person receiving the delivery must be at least 18 years old.

Items shipped via truck line may include large pumps, filters, heating systems, pool slides, and other oversized equipment.

2. Commercial Delivery

For commercial addresses, Oceanvista primarily ships via FedEx Ground, with deliveries scheduled Monday through Friday. A signature is required upon receipt, and the recipient must be at least 18 years old.

If an item exceeds standard FedEx shipping size limits, it will be shipped via a truck line carrier. As with residential deliveries, recipients must inspect the shipment upon arrival and report any issues before signing the bill of lading.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM CT for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped the same day. While Oceanvista offers next-day delivery for select items, this service is not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may impact delivery times.

Expedited shipping options are available for non-chemical products at an additional cost.

4. Drop Shipment Orders

Certain products, such as replacement parts and pool accessories, may be shipped directly from our suppliers to speed up delivery. These items typically take 7–10 business days to arrive.

5. Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Customers who prefer not to wait may contact our customer service team to explore alternative options or substitute products.

6. Pricing & Advertisements

Oceanvista strives to provide accurate pricing and product details, but we are not responsible for typographical errors in printed or online advertisements. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to specific conditions.

8. Return Policy

Oceanvista is committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or unsatisfactory item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Some restrictions may apply.

9. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days. We will provide a return shipping label and send the correct product as quickly as possible.

10. Product Substitutions

Oceanvista reserves the right to substitute products with equivalent alternatives from different manufacturers in cases where supply shortages prevent the original item from being shipped.

11. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Orders must be canceled before they are shipped. If an order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may need to follow the return process after receiving the item.

12. Email Communications

Customers may experience difficulties receiving our emails due to spam filters and firewall programs. If you do not see an expected response, please check your spam or junk mail folder. To ensure smooth communication, add [email protected] to your email contacts or whitelist.
