Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected].
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of chemical products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used chlorine tablets, bromine tablets, or any other chemical items, unless the product is defective.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error.
