Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns of opened or used chemical products (such as chlorine or bromine tablets) are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos of the item, if damaged or defective

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- If the return is not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] with supporting details.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used chemical products (chlorine tablets, bromine tablets, etc.)
- Special-order or custom items
- Items marked as final sale
